Despite the silent clinical course of mesenteric cystic lymphangiomas, they are considered as clinically tricky lesions with an immense spectrum of presentations.
Case Presentation: We present a case of abdominal mesenteric cystic lymphangioma in a 1-year 9-month-old female patient, who complained of fever and abdominal pain for 10 days duration.
