The study aims to examine the facilitators and barriers that influence whether psychosocial interventions for aggressive challenging behaviour in adults with intellectual disabilities lead to positive change. We conducted 42 semi-structured interviews with adults with intellectual disabilities who display aggressive challenging behaviour, family/paid carers, and professionals engaged in or delivering a psychosocial intervention across the UK.

However, there is currently little evidence about the clinical and cost-effectiveness of IST models operating in England.
Aims: To investigate the clinical and cost-effectiveness of IST models.
Background: Adults with intellectual disabilities often display behaviour that challenges that is a result of biological differences, psychological challenges, and lack of appropriate social support. Intensive Support Teams (IST) are recommended to support the care needs of this group and avoid hospitalisation. However, little attention has been paid to the perspectives of stakeholders who manage, work in, or use ISTs.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of anxiety and depression in antenatal and postnatal mothers.
Background: Medication related problem (MRP) is an event occurring, as a result, the medication therapy that actually or potentially interferes with desired health outcomes. Evidences reported that the prevalence of MRPs may result in a high burden of morbidity and decrease patients' quality of life. The problem is more significant among patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) as a decline in kidney function and increase number of medications required to treat kidney disease and its complications.

Identification of black aspergilli associated with these grains is necessary to make sure of the safety of the grains because its occurrence is an indicator of mycotoxin production. Forty-five isolates were isolated from the samples collected from Upper Egypt's markets and identified morphologically based on colony color, conidia, stipe and vesicle size and molecularly by using β-tubulin and calmodulin genes.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was started when she did not respond to initial measures; resuscitative hysterotomy was started on the site of collapse immediately, within 4 min postarrest, to deliver the triplets within 5 min postmaternal cardiac arrest. Timely decision of resuscitative hysterotomy done primarily to restore maternal cardiac output due to a grossly gravid uterus saved the mother and the triplets.

Materials And Methods: Consecutive cases of death that underwent both unenhanced PMCT and conventional autopsy were collected from our institution database during a period of 3 years and reviewed retrospectively. PMCT images were reviewed for the presence of fractures (cranial vault, skull base, facial bones and atlas/axis) and intracranial hemorrhage.

Background: Developing countries are now experiencing the epidemiologic transition, whereby the burden of chronic diseases, like metabolic syndrome, is increasing. However, no study had previously been conducted to show the status of metabolic syndrome among outpatients of Jimma University Teaching Hospital. Therefore, this study was designed to determine the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and associated factors among adult (≥20 years) patients.

Our objective was to determine the main characteristics of ACEI-AAE attacks and, in doing so, the factors associated with likelihood of hospital admission from the emergency department (ED) after a visit for an attack.A prospective, multicenter, observational study (April 2012-December 2014) was conducted in EDs of 4 French hospitals in collaboration with emergency services (SAMU 93) and a reference center for bradykinin-mediated angioedema.
