Nutcracker syndrome as an incidental finding on computed tomography scan after blunt abdominal trauma.

Background: The nutcracker syndrome refers to compression of the left renal vein between the aorta and the superior mesenteric artery. It may be asymptomatic for long period and constitute casual findings.

Aim: To report a new case diagnosed by radiological exploration after an abdominal trauma.

[The use of joint cartilage in the anatomical classification of bones and its use in the teaching and therapeutic management of skeleton disorders].

Background: Joint and bone are visible structures when we look to alive bone. It covers extremities of long bones and faces of short bones. It is absent from shaft of long bones and from faces of plate bones.

Technique and indications of elbow arthroscopy. A twelve-cases report.

Aim: Describe the technique of the elbow arthroscopy and discuss their indications through a series of 12 cases and a review of the literature.

Methods: We report a retrospective study of a short series of 12 cases of elbow arthroscopy performed on 4 years. The indications of this technique were loose bodies in 7 cases, parcellar displaced fracture of radial head in 3 cases, fracture of coronoid process in one case and osseous impingement in one case.
