In this article, a coding metasurface is specifically designed to switch transmission and reflection functionalities between two different frequency bands for linearly polarized waves within wide incidence angles. A metasurface consists of four metallic patterns, where the middle two structures are inserted to ensure effective performance of transmission and reflection, while the top and bottom patterns are designed based on simultaneously controlling the reflection phase for both polarization states. It has been experimentally demonstrated that the proposed metasurface can convert a transmission band into a complete reflection band (meanwhile, the reflection band is translated into a complete transmission band) by changing the incident polarization state.

Biochar (BC) produced from agriculture waste is helps to improve the soil because of its neutral pH, addition of organic carbon to the soil and lower salt index values. This study focused on the development of nano-biochar into a more enhanced biochar product where it was checked whether the biochar derived from wheat straw can absorb nutrients and then act as support matter for releasing micro-nutrients and macro-nutrients for the plants on slow liberation basis.

The causative agents of global heterogeneity in the whole genome of SARS-CoV-2 are not well characterized due to the lack of comparative study of a large enough sample size from around the globe to reduce the standard deviation to the acceptable margin of error. To better understand the SARS-CoV-2 genome architecture, we have performed a comprehensive analysis of codon usage bias of sixty (60) strains to get a snapshot of its global heterogeneity.

We aim to understand the role of TP53 overexpression in OSCC in our population and correlate it with five-year survival to test its viability as a prognostic marker for OSCC patients. Materials and methods Patients with biopsy proven OSCC at Aga Khan University Hospital from January 2000 to January 2008 were recruited.

On evaluation with computed tomography scan of the chest, he was found to have a large 16 x 14 cm posterior mediastinal mass compressing the inferior vena cava and liver, and shifting the heart to the opposite side. Tumor was approached via right postero-lateral thoracotomy and dissected off from esophagus, heart, inferior vena cava and lungs.
