This article discusses a focused study on visualizing the flow patterns in a two-phase pulsating heat pipe (PHP) using FeO/water as the working fluid at 3 V/V% concentration. The research also aims to meticulously examine phase change phenomena in the heating section, particularly focusing on bubble formation and expansion processes. A high-speed video camera was utilized to capture dynamic insights into the behavior of the FeO/water mixture.

In this study, the heat transfer characteristics within the heat exchanger using water-based GO nanofluids were comprehensively assessed. An apparatus was constructed by scaling down an industrial heat exchanger. The nanofluid's thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity, viscosity, density, Prandtl number, and Nusselt number were examined at varying temperatures and GO nanoparticle concentrations.

Cooling of electronic components is one of the most important concerns of manufacturers. Using heatsinks with different models is one of the recommended methods for cooling. To compare 12 types of heatsinks, including 3 types of fin-pin heatsinks with rectangular pins, 3 types of fin-pin heatsinks with circular pins, 3 types of fin-pin heatsinks with conical pins, and 3 types of simple fin heatsinks in 5, 7, and 9 fin types regarding forced displacement heat transfer, an experiment was conducted.
