Background: Keloid is a dermal fibroproliferative disease unique to humans. Due to the ambiguity in its pathophysiology and the frequent recurrence of keloid, there is no clear consensus on the treatment of keloid and there are many treatment methods defined. In order to benefit from the positive effects of fat grafting on pathological scars, we applied fat grafting to patients who underwent keloid enucleation.

This case describes the surgical methodology and the procedure for follow-up in a patient who had midline cleft of the upper lip, mid-alveolar cleft, double frenulum, and alveolar mass. Our patient is the first who meets the criteria for Pai syndrome with cavernous hemangioma and is also the fourth case with concomitant double frenulum.

Aim: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy of intravenous administration of recombinant activated factor VIIa (rFVIIa) for acute pulmonary hemorrhage treatment in very-low-birth-weight (VLBW) premature infants.

Patients And Methods: This study was carried out retrospectively in premature infants with pulmonary hemorrhage that were ≤30 weeks gestational age or <1250 g birth weight. The data of all VLBW premature infants with pulmonary hemorrhage who were hospitalized in our neonatal intensive care unit between 01 January 2013 and 31 December 2015 were evaluated.
