Ebstein anomaly is a rare malformation of the tricuspid valve of the heart. The malformed tricuspid valve may be incompetent, stenotic, or rarely, imperforate. Pregnant patients with Ebstein anomaly become a challenge for the physician in terms of management.

Aim: The study was conducted to identify maternal morbidity and associated factors such intensive care unit admission and surgical intervention.

Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a clinico-neuro-radiological entity may develop in patients with pre-eclampsia, eclampsia or delayed postpartum eclampsia, immunological conditions and with certain anti-neoplastic agents. This case report describes about a patient with pregnancy induced hypertension who developed PRES postnatally. Early recognition and treatment prevented serious morbidity.

Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) is caused by congenital insufficiency of the enzyme 21 - hydroxylase (21-OHD) in the cortisol synthesis pathway. Because of the virilizing effects of androgens over-production, affected girls develop clitoral hypertrophy. Rudimentary horn is one of the rarest congenital uterine anomalies and consists of a relatively normal appearing uterus on one side with a rudimentary horn on the other side. It is difficult to diagnose before surgery and hazardous to maternal life as rupture of pregnant horn result in severe hemoperitoneum. Case of rudimentary horn pregnancy is reported in a lady with history of habitual abortion and signs and symptoms of acute adnexal pathology.

Drug-induced hirsutism.

Hirsutism is a symptom or sign, which may have more serious associations than cosmetic and psychological concern alone, such as adrenal hyperplasia and ovarian tumor, particularly if it develops well after puberty. Some medicines having androgenic activity may also cause this problem. Here, we present a case of a young unmarried girl who was given anabolic steroid for the treatment of dysmenorrhoea which resulted in hirsutism.
