Overcrowding in emergency departments (EDs) is a global challenge, leading to prolonged waiting times and adverse patient outcomes. Telemedicine has emerged as a promising solution, enabling remote consultation, triage, and real-time specialist input. Despite its growing application, limited systematic research exists on its specific role in ED triage and care.

In this system, Tb@N-CDs facilitate the aggregation of LA@CuNCs, enhancing its fluorescence emission at 670 nm via aggregation-induced emission enhancement (AIEE). Meanwhile, the fluorescence emission of Tb@N-CDs at 460 nm diminishes due to Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET).

The CHS-CeO@Ni nanocatalyst was synthesized via a green method, where Arnebia benthamii plant extract was used as a reducing agent to deposit nickel nanoparticles onto the CHS-CeO nanocomposite. Results confirmed the successful integration of Ni into the CHS-CeO matrix, resulting in a highly crystalline, mesoporous structure with a substantial surface area of 78.

Melamine, often used as an adulterant in infants' formula due to its high protein content, can be harmful when ingested in large amounts, leading to the formation of cyanurate-melamine co-crystals in infants and potentially causing kidney damage. In this study, we introduce a fluorescent method for the selective and reliable detection of melamine in milk and infants' formula. The fluorescent probe comprises copper nanoclusters (Cu NCs) functionalized with thiosalicylic acid (TSA) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as double-protecting ligands.

X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Rietveld refinement confirmed the formation of a pure hexagonal phase, with lattice expansion due to Tb³⁺ doping. PL studies revealed strong green emissions centered at 541 nm, attributed to the ⁵D₄ → ⁷F₅ transitions of Tb³⁺ ions, with the highest intensity observed at 5 wt% Tb³⁺.

Economic crisis has led to rapid developments in electrochemical (EC) energy storage devices (EESDs), especially rechargeable batteries, fuel cells, and supercapacitors (SCs), which are effective for energy storage systems. Researchers have lately suggested that among the various EESDs, the SC is an effective alternate for energy storage due to the presence of the following characteristics: SCs offer high-power density (PD), improvable energy density (ED), fast charging/discharging, and good cyclic stability.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 2023 using an online questionnaire in order to collect data about the knowledge of the ABCDE approach's components among physicians in different specialties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Results: The number of participants were 165 in total and the median knowledge score for all participants was 15.
Recently, heterocyclic compounds such as pyrido [2,3-] pyrimidinones, 1,2,4-triazolopyrimidines, pyrimidoquinazolines, and quinoline derivatives have gained attention from researchers due to their pharmacological and biological activities. To synthesize new compounds, quinoline-2-thioxopyrido [2,3-] pyrimidinone and methylthioquinoline-pyrido [2,3-] pyrimidinones were used as starting materials. The new compounds synthesized were quinoline-pyrido [2,3-] (DeGoey et al.

This cross-sectional study assessed the extent of burden experienced by the caregivers of patients undergoing hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) therapy in King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Zarit Burden Interview Arabic Abridged version (ZBI-A) was used to assess the level of burden experienced by caregivers.

Therefore, it is essential to assess the attitudes, practices, and obstacles faced by physicians in Saudi Arabia when it comes to menopausal hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Method: An online survey was conducted from June to September 2023 to investigate the attitudes, practices, and barriers of physicians in Saudi Arabia, regarding menopausal HRT.
This review article discusses the recent progress in synthesizing seven-membered ring 1,3,5-triazepine and benzo[][1,3,5]triazepine derivatives. These derivatives can be either unsaturated, saturated, fused, or separated. This review covers strategies and procedures developed over the past two decades, including cyclo-condensation, cyclization, methylation, chlorination, alkylation, addition, cross-coupling, ring expansions, and ring-closing metathesis.

The aim of our research is to evaluate the degree of importance given to foot care by healthcare professionals who are responsible for treating individuals with diabetes in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Methods: This cross-sectional study utilized an online survey previously validated in Australia.
Background The presence of critical illness-induced corticosteroid insufficiency (CIRCI) is correlated with elevated concentrations of circulating biomarkers associated with inflammation and coagulation in multiple domains. The management of adrenal insufficiency remains a topic of ongoing debate and disagreement among endocrinologists and intensivists. This study aimed to assess the extent of understanding regarding CIRCI among endocrinologists and intensivists who are actively practicing in Saudi Arabia.

Background Thyroid dysfunction represents the most commonly observed endocrine illness within the population of Saudi Arabia. Thyroid cancer has been recognized as the second most commonly occurring malignant neoplasm among women in Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, there is evidence suggesting that COVID-19 and, to a certain degree, immunization may have an impact on thyroid function.
