Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) encompasses rare variants like chromophobe hepatocellular carcinoma (CHCC) characterized by distinct histological features and molecular profiles.
Case Report: A 56-year-old male with chronic hepatitis C, presenting pain in the right hypochondrium. Imaging revealed a solitary liver lesion, subsequently resected and histologically diagnosed as HCC.

Background: Clinical high risk (CHR) youth are known to exhibit cognitive deficits at similar levels to their more severally ill counter parts. Cognitive training (CT) programs offer a promising method for early intervention and the prevention of further cognitive decline in this vulnerable population. However, there are few structured CT intervention programs addressing the needs of CHR youth in LMICs of the Middle East.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of 70 haemodialysis patients.
Aim: This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF) combined with the pinhole surgical technique (PST) for enhancing root coverage (RC) in individuals with Miller class I or II gingival recessions (GR). Additionally, it compared the clinical effect of A-PRF and resorbable collagen membrane (RCM).
Materials And Methods: A total of 18 patients, encompassing 36 treatment sides of 18 Miller class I or II, were randomly assigned to the PST + A-PRF side (18 sides) and the PST + RCM side (18 sides).
Key Clinical Message: Timely recognition, accurate diagnosis, and proper management are vital for preventing complications and improving outcomes in polycystic liver disease.
Abstract: Polycystic liver disease is an uncommon genetic condition characterized by the presence of over 20 liver cysts. It is symptomatic in only 5% of cases.
Key Clinical Message: The differential diagnoses of solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas include cystic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor, acinar cell carcinoma, and pancreatoblastoma.
Abstract: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) is a low-grade malignant pancreatic tumor which accounts for 0.9%-2.
Colorectal invasive micropapillary carcinoma (MPC) is a rare and distinct variant of adenocarcinoma with high incidence of lymph node metastasis. The differential diagnoses of MPC include extensive lymphovascular invasion, metastatic MPC, and retraction artifacts.

This study aimed to describe the experience of our department in outpatient hernia surgery, evaluate its feasibility and safety, and determine the predictive factors for failure of this surgery.
Methods: we conducted a monocentric retrospective cohort study on patients who had ambulatory groin hernia repair (GHR) and ventral hernia repair (VHR) in the general surgery department of the Habib Thameur Hospital in Tunis between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2016.
One Health is increasingly recognized as an optimal approach to address the global risk of health threats originating at the human, animal, and ecosystem interface, and their impact. Qatar has successfully practiced One Health approach for investigation and surveillance of zoonotic diseases such as MERS-CoV, and other health threats. However, the current gaps at institution and policy level hinder the sustainment of One Health.

They predominate in the appendix and rarely involve the colon. Herein, the authors report a case of GCA involving the ascending colon in a 60-year-old woman who presented with severe anemia.

An innovative task in a digital format named "The Tunisian Social Situations Instrument" (TSSI) was used and allowed us to study four different subdomains of ToM: attribution of intention and epistemic ToM (cognitive ToM), affective ToM, and detection of faux pas (advanced ToM). Our study showed impairments in ToM in children with ASD, similar to those reported in the literature.

Cognitive remediation (CR) is a behavioral training-based intervention aiming to improve cognitive processes. Its first use in psychiatry interested patients with schizophrenia, in whom promising results have been shown.

The aim of this study was to create and validate an empathy assessment questionnaire for school-aged Tunisian children entitled "Tunisian Empathy Scale for Children" (TESC).
Methods: An evaluative cross-sectional study was conducted.
Introduction: Desmoid-type fibromatosis, also known as desmoid tumors, are rare fibroblastic neoplasms that account for less than 3% of all soft tissue tumors. Although they are benign neoplasms without metastatic potential, they are known to be locally aggressive and may invade adjacent structures leading to fatal complications.
Case Presentation: We describe the case of a 26-year-old woman who presenting with the clinical picture of acute peritonitis.
Camels gained attention since the discovery of MERS-CoV as intermediary hosts for potentially epidemic zoonotic viruses. DcHEV is a novel zoonotic pathogen associated with camel contact. This study aimed to genetically characterize DcHEV in domestic and imported camels in Saudi Arabia.
