Cerebral venous thrombosis associated to acute inflammatory axonal polyneuropathy during infection with SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus-2) is unusual. We describe the case of a 66-year-old patient with typical clinical and electrophysiological criteria of acute axonal motor neuropathy, who was positive for SARS-CoV-2. The symptoms started with fever associated with respiratory symptoms, and complicated one week later by headaches, and general weakness.
