Application of Comfort Nursing Based on Evidence-based Concept in Radial Artery Puncture Hemostasis of Patients after Coronary Intervention.

Aim: This study aimed to explore the application effect of comfort nursing based on evidence-based concept in radial artery puncture hemostasis of patients after coronary intervention.

Methods: This interventional study included the clinical data of 180 patients who underwent percutaneous radial coronary intervention in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, from July 2024 to September 2024. All patients were treated with radial artery hemostasis device after operation.

Effect of exercise training in patients with angina with nonobstructive coronary arteries: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Angina with nonobstructive coronary arteries (ANOCA) is a highly prevalent heart disease. The evidence on exercise training (ET) for the treatment of ANOCA, however, is still inadequate. This meta-analysis aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of the effect of ET in patients with ANOCA.

New nurses' experience during a two year transition period to clinical practice: A phenomenological study.

Background: New nurses' clinical competency is a central concern across the world. The China Health and Planning Commission proposed an "Outline of transition programs for newly graduated nurses (try out)" to promote the new nurses' clinical competency within the first two years. Compared with the transition program in other countries, the one in China is longer.

Self-management in patients with coronary heart disease after stent implantation at the long-term stage: a cross-sectional study.

Background: The self-management of risk reduction in coronary heart disease (CHD) plays an important role in mediating health outcomes following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), but there is a lack of research on self-management status in the long-term stage after PCI in Chinese patients with CHD. Hence, this study investigated the self-management status in the long-term stage (>2 years) after PCI in patients with CHD. The results could provide a reference for the development of targeted interventions.

Development and application of quality checklist for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in fever clinic and isolation ward of the general hospital.

To develop a quality control checklist for the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 （COVID-19） in fever clinic and isolation ward of the general hospital and to assess its application. Based on the relevant prevention and control plans and technical guidelines for COVID-19，Delphi method was used to identity items for evaluation，and a quality control checklist for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the fever clinic and isolation ward was developed in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital. The checklists included 8 dimensions and 32 items for fever clinic，7 dimensions and 27 items for the isolation ward.

Knowledge and Attitude of the Medical Staff Concerning Cardiac Rehabilitation in Zhejiang Province, China: A Cross-Sectional Study.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the status of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge and attitude of the medical staff.

Patients And Methods: A questionnaire survey of doctors and nurses was performed in the departments of cardiology of 7 teaching hospitals with attitudes, knowledge toward CR in Zhejiang Province, China, from April to September 2018, to assess Chinese medical staff for the degree of mastery and attitude toward cardiac rehabilitation.

Results: A total of 160 questionnaires were distributed and 152 valid were collected.
