Context: Sperm storage is a complex and highly coordinated process that is regulated by a variety of factors. The BCL 2 protein family plays a key role in regulating apoptosis, and determines sperm survival.
Aims: The objective of this study was to explore the correlation between sperm storage and the BCL 2 protein family in the oviduct of Mauremys reevesii .

Flexible positive pressure sensors have been studied extensively and have been used in a lot of scenarios. However, negative pressure detection is also in demand in some scenarios, such as fluid mechanics analysis, air pressure sensing, and so on. Flexible wearable sensors that can detect both positive and negative pressures will greatly broaden the application field.

For the development of HL-type hybrid combinations, it is therefore necessary to determine whether and can restore the fertility of HL-type CMS lines. Here, we genetically characterized HL-type CMS lines and the ability of and to restore fertility for breeding HL-type hybrids.

Previous investigations showed that interleukin-11 (IL-11) and the IL-11 receptor (IL-11R) are correlated with regulation of tumor progression and may play significant roles in bone metastases. The nonapeptide structure c(CGRRAGGSC) is a phage-display-selected IL-11 mimic that binds to IL-11R. The aim of this study was to synthesize radiolabeled c(CGRRAGGSC) and to investigate the possible interaction between this radioactive probe and an IL-11R-positive bone metastasis model of PC-3 prostate cancer.

Methods: Eighteen healthy Beagle dogs were randomly divided into 6 groups (n=3), and were treated with drugs of different formulations or doses, as well as controls. At different time points after surgery, the experimental dogs were weighed.
