[Double-column Die-punch fractures of distal radius treated with butterfly plate fixation via Henry approach].

Objective: To explore clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with Henry's approach butterfly plate in treating double-column Die-punch fractures of distal radius.

Methods: From January 2018 to June 2021, 26 patients with double-column Die-column distal radius were treated with open reduction and internal fixation through Henry's surgical approach and using distal radius volar column plate(butterfly plate), including 14 males and 12 females, aged from 20 to 75 years old with an average age of (44.2±3.

Treatment and surveillance for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer: a clinical practice guideline (2021 edition).

Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) is a major type of bladder cancer with a high incidence worldwide, resulting in a great disease burden. Treatment and surveillance are the most important part of NIMBC management. In 2018, we issued "Treatment and surveillance for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in China: an evidence-based clinical practice guideline".

[Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with conventional therapy for type III B prostatitis complicated by sexual dysfunction].

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules (SJC) on type III B prostatitis complicated by sexual dysfunction.

Methods: A total of 98 patients with type III B prostatitis complicated by sexual dysfunction were equally randomized to a control and a trial group, the former treated with the combination of biofeedback/electrical stimulation and the α-blocker Tamsulosin Hydrochloride, and the latter with oral SJC in addition, both for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, the severity of the symptoms was determined with NIH-CPSI, the patients'sexual function evaluated with CIPE-5 and IIEF-5, and their anxiety, depression and other psychological problems assessed with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale ( HAMD).

[Transurethral resection of the prostate combined with 2-micron continuous-wave laser vaporesection for benign prostatic hyperplasia with the prostate volume > 80 ml].

Objective: To sum up the clinical experience in the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with the prostate weighing over 80 ml by transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) combined with 2 μm continuous-wave laser vaporesection (LVR).

Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical effects of TURP combined with 2 μm LVR in the treatment of 46 cases of BPH with the prostate volume > 80 ml.

Results: All the operations were successfully accomplished.

[Diversity and niche of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes in Taibai Mountain].

Sixteen genera of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes were isolated from 40 soil samples collected from the southern and northern slopes of Taibai Mountain, and the indices Shannon-Wiener diversity index, evenness, niche breadth, and niche overlap were used to analyze the community structure and niche of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes in different forest types on the southern and northern slopes of Taibai Mountain. The results showed that the distribution of soil moniliaceous hyphomycetes on the study area had an obvious environmental gradient pattern. Altitude and forest type were the main determinants of the fungal community distribution.
