Objective: To understand the clinical characteristics about sequence diagnosis and treatment of oral complications in patients with Sjögren's syndrome (SS) through retrospective analysis, and to provide some guidance for clinical work.
Methods: Some SS patients who underwent oral sequence management in the Department of General Dentistry, Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology from January 2015 to September 2021 were enrolled. For the SS patients included in this study, a comprehensive oral examination was performed, including parotid region examination, oral mucosal exa-mination, dentition examination, dental examination, periodontal examination, unstimulated salivary flow rate, Candida infection and radiological imaging examination.
Objective: To assess the feasibility of using MicroFil polymer perfusion to detect concomitant saccular aneurysms in an intracranial arterial dolichoectasia (IADE) model in mice, and to report detailed histomorphometric features of these aneurysms.
Materials And Methods: IADE models were created in C57/BL6 mice via microsurgical injection of 25 mU elastase into the cisterna magna. The cerebral vasculature was perfused with MicroFil polymer and harvested at 1, 3, and 7 days, and 2 and 4 weeks (n=8 for each group).

Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare disease, especially when it involves the thyroid gland. Awareness of ultrasonic features will be helpful for a clinician who should consider this disease in the differential diagnosis from other more common thyroid disorders, especially prior to surgery. Here, we report two patients who have histologically confirmed LCH of the thyroid and summarize the reported cases with ultrasonographic scans from the last 10 years (n=10).
