Introduction: In China, the proportion of the elderly population is gradually increasing, followed by the increasing medical demands of elderly patients. Hip fracture is a common fracture in the elderly. The elderly are prone to serious postoperative complications, resulting in failure to restore normal hip function, which seriously affects patients' quality of life and further increases their mortality rate.

Under reagent-controlled protocols, propargylsilanes resulting from C(sp)-H functionalization, as well the regioisomeric and synthetically versatile allenylsilanes, could be obtained with excellent levels of enantioselectivity and good to excellent control of propargyl/allenyl selectivity. In the case of unsymmetrical dialkyl acetylenes, good to excellent selectivity for functionalization at the less-hindered site was also observed.

In this study, a stable three-dimensional network structure was introduced into a slurry to achieve slurry uniformity and stability based on rheology theory. The effects of the particle size, solid loading, dispersant content, and gelling agent content on the stability of the three-dimensional network structure in the slurry were analyzed.

The thermal behaviors of ADN, NC and an NC/ADN mixture under different conditions were studied by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) with sealed crucibles, an accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC), a self-developed gas pressure measurement instrument and a DSC-thermogravimetry (TG)-quadrupole mass spectroscopy (MS)-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) combined technique. The results show that the exothermic peak temperature of the NC/ADN mixture shifted forward greatly in both open and closed circumstances compared to those of NC or ADN.

The micro- and nanosized fibers based on nano nitrocellulose (NC)-ammonium dinitramide (ADN) were prepared by the electrospinning technique, and the morphology, thermal stability, combustion behaviors, and mechanical sensitivity of the fibers were characterized by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), gas pressure measurement of thermostatic decomposition, laser ignition, and sensitivity tests. The results showed that the prepared fibers with fluffy 3D macrostructure were constructed by the overlap of micro/nanofibers with the energetic particles embedded in the NC matrix.

Using partial least squares as the multivariate calibration method, quantitative calibration models for components in X were verified internally and externally. The possible combinations of eight general spectral pretreatment methods and different bands of the scanning spectral region (12,500-4000 cm) were established.

The obtained stress-strain curves indicated that the mechanical features, such as ultimate stress and strain energy, were strongly dependent on the strain rate. The real time deformation and fracture evolution of HTPB propellant were captured by a high-speed digital camera accompanied with an SHPB setup.

CP 1 features a 2D (4,4) network with the point symbol {4.6}, the 3D supramolecular architecture in CP 1 is controlled through π⋯π stacking interactions.

CP 1 shows a 1D double chain containing two different helical chains, which is further extended into a two-dimensional supramolecular framework by C-H⋯O hydrogen bonding interactions. The photoluminescence properties and photocatalytic properties of the nanoparticles of CP 1 and Ag/CP 1 on the degradation of methylene blue (MB) were investigated, Ag/CP 1 exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity under UV and visible light, which can be attributed to the strong interactions between Ag nanorods and CP 1, which lead to electron-hole pair separation between Ag nanorods and CP 1.

Previous studies have shown that arginine vasopressin (AVP) facilitates MF. However, the effects of AVP on CFs-myofibroblasts transformation, and its possible mechanisms are still unknown.

Objective: To observe the effect of medicated bath plus acupoint massage on limbs (B-M treatment) in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).
Methods: Eighty-two patients were divided into two groups, the control group (n=40) and the treated group (n=42), they were treated by conventional treatment but with B-M treatment applied to the latter additionally, the course to both groups was 12 weeks. The curative effects obtained were compared after treatment.
