Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare in vitro the influence of preformed metal crowns (PMC) versus zirconia crowns (ZC) on the extent of artifact formation and the diagnostic quality of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Methods: Standard crown tooth preparations were performed on Typodont models. PMC and ZC were cemented on all primary molar teeth (n = 8) of the respective models.
Cognitive function is an important indicator of healthy aging as it is central to maintaining functional independence, performing job-related tasks, decision-making, and improving quality of life. Therefore, researchers seek to identify biopsychosocial factors that can help preserve cognitive function in aging individuals. Here, we present a faster and cost-effective 2-day protocol to visualize vacuoles in a fly model of Alzheimer disease. We describe eosin staining in the whole-brain mount, followed by confocal microscopy and image analysis with an open source Fiji plugin.

Objectives: Assess the insertional anatomy of the distal aspect of the triceps brachii muscle using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in cadavers with histologic correlation and Play-doh models of the anatomic findings.
Materials: Elbows were obtained from twelve cadaveric arm specimens by transverse sectioning through the proximal portion of the humerus and the midportion of the radius and ulna. MRI was performed in all elbows.
Objective: Anacyclus Pyrethrum (AP) and Tribulus Terrestris (TT) have been reported as male infertility treatment in several studies; however, in Iranian traditional medicine these two plants are prescribed simultaneously. In this study, we aimed to determine the effects of AP and TT extracts both separately and simultaneously on the male Wistar rat fertility parameters.
Materials And Methods: 32 male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: Control, TT, AP, and AT treated groups.
