This review explores the challenges in the diagnosis of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, the transition of care from paediatric to adult care and the considerable health implications of this condition. The role gynaecologists and general practitioners have in managing hormone replacement therapy and reproductive potential is also highlighted. The fertility treatment options, which include ovulation induction with gonadotrophins and in-vitro fertilisation, are discussed in detail along with highlighting the fact that anovulation and markers of low ovarian reserve prior to priming treatment may not be reflective of poor reproductive potential.

Malachite green (MG) is extensively applied in aquaculture worldwide as a therapeutic agent. MG and its primary metabolite leucomalachite green (LMG) are commonly detected in aquaculture products. MG can cause serious health concerns (in vivo carcinogenic/genotoxic).

Heavy metals especially lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg) are recognized as most emerging pollutants in underground water and are major threat to public health around the world. Major challenge to mitigate water pollution is construction of effective materials containing a host of deceivingly accessible high-density and high-level efficiency. Herein, we have synthesized two metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with efficient porosity showing the right combination of structures.

Synopsis of recent research by authors named "Hafiza Naseem"

  • - Hafiza Naseem's recent research encompasses two distinct fields: reproductive health management in females, specifically addressing congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, and environmental science, focusing on the removal of hazardous substances from water sources.
  • - In her 2023 article, she emphasizes the complexities of managing hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, detailing the transition from pediatric to adult care and the importance of hormone replacement therapy and reproductive options, contrasting reproductive potential with ovarian reserve markers.
  • - Her earlier studies, published in 2021, investigate innovative metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) for the effective removal of pollutants like malachite green and the heavy metals lead and mercury from water, highlighting the critical need for effective mitigation strategies against water contamination.
