Background: To present a new modification of aneurysmectomy technique for the management of aneurysmal fistula vein. This cross-sectional study was carried out at Vascular Surgery department, Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi from 1st October 2014 to 30th December 2018.
Methods: This modified aneurysmectomy procedure was performed in 20 patients.
Background: Various methods for mandibular reconstruction have been demonstrated in literature from autogenous bone graft to free flaps and more recently tissue engineered materials. We share our experience of mandibular reconstruction with free fibular flap and evaluate its efficiency as a viable option for mandibular reconstruction.
Methods: It was a cross-sectional study, conducted at Plastic surgery department combined military hospital, Rawalpindi.
Outcome Of Embolectomy In Patients Presenting Late With Acute Limb Ischemia.

Background: UThe aim of this study is to share our experience regarding outcome of embolectomy in the patients presenting late with acute limb ischemia. It was a cross sectional descriptive study, conducted at CMH Rawalpindi from January 2016 to December 2017.
Methods: All those patients having non-traumatic acute limb ischemia presenting between 6 to 72 hours of the onset of symptoms with viable affected limb were included.
Background: Ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy is an outdoor, office based and minimally invasive procedure for the treatment of varicose veins. This study was carried out to highlight the potential of foam sclerotherapy as a first line treatment for varicose vein.
Methods: This prospective observational study was conducted at CMH Rawalpindi, form 1 Aug 2017 to 30 Aug 2018The demographic and outcome data of the patients, who underwent ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy, were collected and analysed.
