Background: Pink bollworm () is a destructive insect pest of cotton crops in China and globally, which is actively predated on by . Studies on the fitness or survival of fed on at different temperatures have not been reported. The fitness of may be well explained using two-sex life table parameters.

However, the effect of workflow changes on stroke patients receiving mechanical thrombectomy (MT) has not been systematically studied.
Methods: A prospective international study was launched at the initiation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Background: Endovascular thrombectomy is a promising treatment for acute ischemic stroke in children, but outcome and technical data in pediatric patients with large-vessel occlusions are lacking.
Objective: To assess technical and clinical outcomes of thrombectomy in pediatric patients.
Methods: We undertook a retrospective cohort study of pediatric patients who experienced acute ischemic stroke from April 2017 to April 2019 who had immediate, 30-, and 90-d follow-up.
Background And Purpose: The prognosis of medium vessel occlusions (MeVOs), that is, M2/3 middle cerebral artery, A2/3 anterior cerebral artery, and P2/3 posterior cerebral artery occlusions, is generally better compared with large vessel occlusions, since brain ischemia is less extensive. However, in some MeVO patients, infarcts are seen outside the territory of the occluded vessel (MeVO with discrepant infarcts). This study aims to determine the prevalence and clinical impact of discrepant infarct patterns in acute ischemic stroke due to MeVO.

Thus, risk assessment of pesticides for biological control agents is critical for effective use in integrated pest management (IPM) schemes. In the present study, the lethal and sublethal effects of chlorpyrifos, a commonly used insecticide that may negatively affect biological control agents, were evaluated on a non-target predator, the Asian ladybeetle .

Electronic health record RF-based, non-Birth Cohort (born outside of years 1945-1965) screening is challenging as risk factors are often input as nonsearchable data. Testing non-Birth Cohort patients solely based on risk factors has the potential to miss a substantial number of HCV infected patients.

Worldwide green products are getting popularity and acceptance due to energy crisis, climate change, and other environmental degradations which reveal the upcoming challenges of the twenty-first century. In construction industry, green housing (GH) is an emerging concept towards environmental sustainability. However, this study intends to consider the green purchase intention of Bangladeshi consumers towards GH through augmented theory of planned behavior (TPB) implantation.

Introduction: Most of the antibiotics currently used in pediatrics are either unlicensed or being prescribed outside the specifications of product label (off-label prescribing). The aim of this study was to assess the extent of off-label antibiotic use in pediatrics.
Methodology: A six month longitudinal off-label antibiotic utilization survey was carried out from January to June, 2018.

Methods: This cross sectional observational prospective study was carried out at Gastro Department of Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Multan from August 2017 to December 2018. Patients were diagnosed on the basis of alpha fetoprotein, abdominal ultrasound, triphasic contrast enhanced computerized tomography (CECT).
In this paper, we present the results of compositional analysis of a copper-rich mineral known as malachite, collected from the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. A calibration-free laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (CF-LIBS) technique is employed for determination of elemental composition of the sample. The study aims at the investigation of the presence of precious elements, if any, in minerals of local origin.

Convergent lady beetle, Hippodamia convergens Guerin-Meneville (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) is known as an important biological control agent of soft-bodied insect pests. The development of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program against insect pests requires an assessment of the side effect of insecticides on biological control agents.

This paper aims to find out relationships among the energy, environment, and the industrial production for a developing country which is in earlier stages of development. It also tests a few contradicting hypotheses to find the possible shape of an environmental Kuznets curve. Using the time series data, the study finds robust long-run relationships between energy, environment, and industrial production for Pakistan.
