A 10-year-old male presented with symptoms in his right shoulder indicative of adhesive capsulitis. Radiographic films did not demonstrate any osseous abnormalities. Magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated the presence of an eccentric lesion within the coracoid process consistent with an osteoid osteoma.
