Background: Current approach to clinically suspicious biopsy-naïve men consists performing prostate MRI, followed by combined systematic (TRUS-Bx) and MRI-Ultrasound fusion biopsy (MRI-TBx) in those with PIRADS score ≥ 3. Researchers have attempted to determine who benefits from each biopsy method, but the results do not support the safe use of one method alone. This study aims to determine the optimal approach in biopsy-naïve men, according to their PSA levels.

Background Sexual intercourse frequency (SIF) is widely known to be associated with fertility, but little is known about what predicts SIF among infertile couples trying to conceive. In this study, we examine the demographic and lifestyle risk factors associated with less frequent coitus among infertile couples. Methods This cross-sectional study examined infertile couples actively trying to conceive, selecting them from patients seeking fertility treatment.

Background: The Iranian National Health Service (NHS) suggested that gynecologists face a higher risk of medicolegal claims, with a significant number of claims being related to delivery events. This study aimed to investigate the factors associated with delivery related claims.

Methods: Three databases were searched to glean studies investigating nutrition in acute severe adult burn patient populations in four areas: outcomes based on feeding type and timing, the caloric predictability of nutritional assessment tools, outcomes associated with the composition of feeding formulas, and considerations related to caloric intake.

The Underlying Factors for Postpartum Depression Severity in Iran: A Single-Center Study.

Background: The objective of this study was to induce the differentiation of human theca stem cells (hTSCs) into germ cell-like cells (hGCLCs) and assess their developmental progression following in vitro 3D culture with ovarian somatic cells within the follicle-like structures. To achieve this, the hTSCs were isolated from small antral follicles of three patients of varying ages and were then seeded in a differentiation medium for 40 days.
