Infections in Pediatric Burn Patients: An Analysis of One Hundred Eighty-One Patients.

Infectious complications are one of the most life-threatening complications and result in substantial mortality and morbidity in children who have been burned. The goal of the study is to assess the risk factors for sepsis in pediatric burn patients in a referral hospital. This study was performed at the Pediatric Burn Unit of Ankara Child Health and Diseases Hematology Oncology Training and Research Hospital during the period between January 2014 and June 2017.
