[Post-traumatic dehiscence after corneal graft at the Ophthalmology Clinic of Aristide Le Dantec Hospital in Dakar].

Post-traumatic dehiscence is a rare condition often compromising the visual outcome of transplanted patients. It can occur after transfixing keratoplasty even after low-energy trauma. We here report two cases of patients with a history of keratoplasty, admitted to the hospital with painful red eye due to trauma.
