Background: The objective was to characterize the colostrum proteome of primiparous Holstein cows in association with immunoglobulin G (IgG) content. Immediately after calving, colostrum samples were collected from 18 cows to measure IgG concentration. Background: Despite the burden of CHD, a high cost and utilization condition, an implementation of long-term outcome measures is lacking.
