Fabricating visible-light-responsive metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with high stability and effective catalytic functionality remains a long-term pursuit yet a great challenge. Herein, a strategy of increasing ligand and cluster connectivity is developed to construct highly stable fluorescein MOFs, La-CFL, presenting a new (4,8)-connected topological structure compared to Cd-FL constructed using 6-connected dinuclear clusters and 3-connected tritopic ligands. Methods: We equally randomized 30 SPF SD male rats into five groups, normal control, BPH model control, low-dose LZT, medium-dose LZT and high-dose LZT, and established a BPH model in the latter four groups by induction with non-castrate testosterone propionate. We have achieved a significant breakthrough in the preparation and development of two-dimensional nanocomposites with P-N heterojunction interfaces as efficient cathode catalysts for electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and iodide oxidation reaction (IOR). P-type acid-doped polyaniline (PANI) and N-type exfoliated molybdenum disulfide (MoS) nanosheets can form structurally stable composites due to formation of P-N heterojunction structures at their interfaces. These P-N heterojunctions facilitate charge transfer from PANI to MoS structures and thus significantly enhance the catalytic efficiency of MoS in the HER and IOR.
