A recent finding shows that lattice deformation could transform the mixed electronic/hydride (H) conducting lanthanum trihydride (LaH) to a superionic H conductor. Phosphate ions promoted Cu-SAPO-34 (P-Cu-SAPO-34) were prepared using bulk CuO particles as Cu precursor by a solid-state ion exchange technique for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH (NH-SCR). The effects of high temperature (H-T) hydrothermal aging on the NO removal (de-NO) performance of Cu-SAPO-34 with and without phosphate ions were systematically investigated at atomic level. The results displayed that both Cu-SAPO-34 and P-Cu-SAPO-34 presented relatively poor NO removal activity with a low conversion (< 30%) at 250-500°C.

This study sought to fill an important knowledge gap: the link of cord DNAm with child postnatal growth trajectories from birth to age 18 years (y).
Methods: Using data from a US predominantly urban, low-income, multi-ethnic birth cohort (N = 831), we first applied non-parametric methods to identify body-mass-index percentile (BMIPCT) trajectories from birth to age 18 y (the outcome); then, conducted epigenome-wide association study (EWAS) of the outcome, interrogating over 700,000 CpG sites profiled by the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip.
Background: Ezetimibe is a new class of antihyperlipidemic agent indicated for the prevention of atherosclerosis disease and for the treatment of hypercholesterolemia. Information on the pharmacokinetic profiles of ezetimibe tablet in healthy Chinese volunteers are lacking, and regulatory requirements necessitate a bioequivalence study of ezetimibe tablet versus Ezetrol® in China.
Methods: A single-dose randomized, open-label, two-group, two-period crossover study was conducted in 59 healthy Chinese volunteers under fasting or fed conditions to assess the bioequivalence between two preparations.

Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study of patients with IPAA undergoing surveillance pouchoscopy at a tertiary care institution.
Objective: To study the postoperative analgesic effect of ropivacaine combined with dexmedetomidine for serratus anterior plane block (SAPB) under ultrasound visualization plus patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.
Methods: A total of 129 patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery were enrolled. The patients were randomly assigned to three groups ( =43 in each group), a normal saline group (control group), a ropivacaine mesylate group (Group R) and a ropivacaine mesylate combined with dexmetomidine hydrochloride group (Group RD).
In the phase 3 POLARIX study in previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, polatuzumab vedotin combined with rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (Pola-R-CHP) significantly improved progression-free survival (PFS) compared with rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) with similar safety. Patients were randomized 1:1 to 6 cycles of Pola-R-CHP or R-CHOP plus 2 cycles of rituximab alone. For registration of POLARIX in China, consistency of PFS in an Asia subpopulation (defined as ≥50% of the risk reduction in PFS expected in the global population) was evaluated.
