Background Endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) is an effective method for vertebrobasilar artery occlusion (VBAO) in patients with moderate to severe deficits but has unclear benefits in patients with low National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores at hospital admission. Purpose To compare the clinical outcomes of best medical management (BMM) alone versus BMM and early EVT (door-to-puncture time [DPT] ≤ 120 minutes) versus BMM and late EVT (DPT > 120 minutes) in patients with VBAO who have NIHSS scores of 10 or less at admission. The present chemical investigation on the organic extract of the soft coral has contributed to the isolation of four new cembranoids: 16- and 16-hydroperoxyisosarcophytoxides ( and ), 16- and 16-methoxyisosarcophytoxides ( and ), and a known cembranoid, lobocrasol (). Background: It has been shown that microRNA-19b (miR-19b) binds to and degrades syndecan-1 after hemorrhagic shock (HS) and contributes to endothelial dysfunction in vitro and in vivo. The objective of the current study was to assess longitudinal changes in miR-19b and syndecan-1 in HS patients.

Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) process is an important synthesis route to acquire clean liquid fuels through modern coal chemical industry, which converts syngas (CO and H) into hydrocarbon, and also generates oxygenates discharged as the F-T waste-water. We present a search for nine lepton-number-violating and three lepton-flavor-violating neutral charm decays of the type D^{0}→h^{'-}h^{-}ℓ^{'+}ℓ^{+} and D^{0}→h^{'-}h^{+}ℓ^{'±}ℓ^{∓}, where h and h^{'} represent a K or π meson and ℓ and ℓ^{'} an electron or muon.
