However, the microbiome's role in metabolite production and the influence of gut dysbiosis on this process remain unclear. Real-world experience of galcanezumab in the prevention of migraine in Spain: a systematic literature review.

Introduction: In the context of migraine preventive therapy, new therapeutic modalities such as monoclonal antibodies targeting the calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor (CGRP) or ligand offer potential advantages over traditional preventive treatments.

Methods: This systematic literature review gathered recent real-world evidence from Spain on the use of galcanezumab, a CGRP-targeting treatment, in migraine patients. The review included observational studies in English or Spanish, published from August 2020 to August 2023, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) and Cochrane guidelines.

This variability imposes two concomitant challenges for plants: surviving droughts and efficiently utilizing water when it becomes available, whose responses are closely interconnected. Objectives: LTF SNP rs1126478 (T>C) could modulate Lactoferrin function and release and has been associated with periodontal disease in different locations before, but not in America. Thus, this study aimed to assess the association between this SNP and Grade C Periodontitis (Generalized (PerioC-G) and Molar Incisor Pattern (PerioC-MIP)) and seek a relationship between its presence and LTF gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) production.
