The analysis of existing information on physical activity and fitness as elements of health and well-being reveals that they are achieved particularly effectively in contact with nature. Physical education lessons outdoors, as a form of healthy training, have been performed in numerous countries for years, providing a response to the traditional indoor model of this kind of education. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the relationship between the participation of students in outdoor and indoor lesson activities and the change in their physical fitness.

Introduction: The presence of background HCV infection cannot be overestimated in view of the prevalence of chronic hepatitis C and the risk of adverse outcomes of this disease. Purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the combined use of antiviral therapy (Roferon + Vero-Ribavirin) and resort factors in patients with chronic hepatitis C in the phase of replication.

Unlabelled: Among 30 patients with obstructive sleep (OSA) syndrome in 15% (50%) chronic alveolar hypoventilation developed; chronic hypercapnia was found in patients with mildly (7), moderately (2) and severely (6 patients) impaired lung ventilatory function. 59 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated with cisplatin (60 mg/m2) on day 1 and etoposide (60 mg/m2) on days 1-5. The results of the treatment were evaluated after 4th course. Remissions were seen in 27 patients, 17 patients had stabilization and 15-progression.

Some difficulties etiological diagnosis were presented in an example of two clinical cases. In the first patient with exudative pericarditis tuberculosis was determined in histopathological examination of lymph node (caseous necrosis). After antituberculotic treatment the majority of clinical symptoms was disappeared.
