Adaptation of the hemodialysis self-management scale into Turkish culture: a psychometric study.

This study was conducted methodologically to determine the reliability and the validity of the Turkish version of the hemodialysis self-management scale in hemodialysis patients in Turkey. The study was conducted with 200 patients who received hemodialysis treatment between October 2022 and April 2023. Data were collected using a Patient Information Form and the Hemodialysis Self-Management Instrument.

A new perspective on OSAS cases with the Baveno classification.

Objective/background: Since the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), which is used in the diagnosis and grading of OSAS, does not adequately reflect the clinical perspective of the disease, the Baveno classification of OSA was developed, which allows multicomponent evaluation of OSAS patients.
