Intra-uterine arteriovenous malformations are a possible etiology of persistent metrorrhagia especially in the event of a history of miscarriages, cornuale pregnancy, molar pregnancy or gravidic trophoblastic diseases. We report 4 cases of patients having an intra-uterine arteriovenous malformation. The diagnosis of such lesions calls upon first intention Doppler echography.
