However, another important climate driver, volcanic forcing has generally been underestimated prior to the past 2,500 years partly owing to the lack of proper proxy temperature records. Here, we reconstruct seasonally unbiased and physically constrained Greenland Summit temperatures over the Holocene using argon and nitrogen isotopes within trapped air in a Greenland ice core (GISP2).

The purpose of this case study is to describe the efforts of a woman who had undergone a single mastectomy to provide all the breast milk her twins would need with her 1 functioning breast. A review of the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature and PubMed confirmed that this situation has not been previously discussed in the current literature.

Discrimination between environmental and anthropogenic impacts on past civilizations, however, remains difficult because of the paucity of high-resolution paleoclimatic evidence. We present tree ring-based reconstructions of central European summer precipitation and temperature variability over the past 2500 years.
