Cutaneous metastases are very rare events and are related to a distant tumor invasion. Prostate metastases have a 1% appearance rate; the most common locations include the genital or suprapubic region and are very rarely located at a distance. We report the case of a male patient with cutaneous metastasis of prostate adenocarcinoma located in the cervical and upper thoracic area.

A case of rectal carcinoid tumor in a 54 year old female patient is reported. An endoscopic resection of an elevated high rectal lesion was done after performed a well established radiologic and endoscopic diagnosis. The tumor was localized in the submucosa of the rectum.

A case of a benign granular cell tumor located within the esophagus is reported. It was found in a 47 year-old man who presented with intermittent dysphagia. The low frequency of this neoplasm, in this organ, makes the case noteworthy.
