In this study, clinical information from 854 cases registered by February 16, 2024 was analyzed from multiple perspectives. - In a phase 3 trial, 135 adults with active IgG4-related disease were randomly assigned to receive either inebilizumab or a placebo, and the primary measure was time until the first disease flare.
- Results showed that patients receiving inebilizumab had significantly fewer disease flares (10% vs. 60% in the placebo group), lower annual flare rates, and higher rates of complete remission without treatment compared to those in the placebo group.
Schizophrenia is a psychiatric disorder with cognitive dysfunction as a core symptom along with positive and negative symptoms. Cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia can be broadly classified into neurocognitive and social cognitive deficits, with these deficits significantly influencing social functioning. Therapeutic interventions aiming to enhance neurocognition and social cognition have been developed.
