This study presents the development and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based real-time water quality monitoring system tailored for water treatment plants (WTPs). The system integrates advanced sensor technologies to continuously monitor key water quality parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), total dissolved solids (TDS), and temperature. Data collected by these sensors is transmitted through a robust communication network to a centralized monitoring platform that utilizes cloud-based storage and analytics.

Objectives: To determine the pattern of RA and medications used in its management at University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH), Nigeria.
Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study of RA patients, aged >18 years, satisfying the American college of rheumatology (ACR)/European alliance of associations for rheumatology (EULAR) 2010 and/or ACR 1987 classification criteria seen over six years (January 2015 to December 2020) at UMTH.
Background: The objective of this study was to compare celiac disease (CD)- specific antibody tests to determine if they could replace jejunal biopsy in patients with a high pretest probability of CD.
Methods: This retrospective study included sera from 149 CD patients and 119 controls, all with intestinal biopsy. All samples were analyzed for IgA and IgG antibodies against native gliadin (ngli) and deamidated gliadin peptides (dpgli), as well as for IgA antibodies against tissue transglutaminase and endomysium.
