Social support can positively influence both physical and psychological recovery from sport-related injury. However, few studies have examined the influence of the quantity, quality, and timing of social support on athletes’ psychological health following injury. This study examined the effects of changes in social support on post-injury depressive and anxiety symptoms among college-student athletes.

Objectives: Overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) were primary outcomes; factors associated with prognosis secondary outcomes.
Aim: This observational study aimed to evaluate the impact of intensity of radiological surveillance on survival following resection of retroperitoneal sarcoma.
Method: Retrospective cohort study of patients undergoing primary resection of soft tissue sarcoma arising in the retroperitoneum, abdomen or pelvis at a single, high-volume sarcoma centre. Intensity of follow-up regimes up to 5 postoperative years were categorized as 'European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) compliant' (intense), or 'non-ESMO compliant' (less-intense).
Background: Primary mesenteric soft tissue sarcomas (STS) are rare and limited evidence is available to inform management. Surgical resection is challenging due to the proximity of vital structures and a need to preserve enteric function.
Objectives: To determine the overall survival (OS) and recurrence-free survival (RFS) for patients undergoing primary resection for mesenteric STS.

Background: In patients with retroperitoneal sarcoma (RPS), the incidence of recurrence after surgery remains high. Novel treatment approaches are needed. This retrospective study evaluated patients with primary, high-risk RPS who received neoadjuvant systemic therapy followed by surgery to 1) determine the frequency and potential predictors of radiologic tumor responses and 2) assess clinical outcomes.
