Purpose: Pierre-Robin Sequence (PRS) is a congenital abnormality characterized by micrognathia, glossoptosis, and variable severity upper airway obstruction. Clear management algorithms are lacking, particularly the indications for surgical versus nonsurgical intervention. The authors reviewed the management of these children in Queensland.
