Objective: Loss of functional β-cell mass is a major cause of diabetes. Thus, identifying regulators of β-cell health is crucial for treating this disease. The In this study, we assessed the regulation of Lgr4 in islets, and the role of LGR4 and LGR4/RANK stoichiometry in β-cell health under basal and stress-induced conditions, in vitro and in vivo.

It expands treatment options beyond traditional radiation therapy and cytotoxic chemotherapy, which may lead to significant long-term neurotoxic effects while extending patient survival. The INDIGO study demonstrated that vorasidenib, a pan-mIDH inhibitor, improved progression-free survival for patients with grade 2 mIDH gliomas following surgical resection or biopsy compared to placebo and was well tolerated.

Although HV has been strongly associated with a family history, its genetic underpinnings remain unclear. Few studies have examined the relationship between folic acid metabolism, which is critical in normal bone development, and HV.

The multimode fibers (MMFs), after side-polishing to form a D-shaped structure, are coated with a single-layer SnO thin film by electron beam evaporation with ion-assisted deposition technology. The LMR effect can be obtained when the refractive index of the thin film is positive and greater than its extinction coefficient and the real part of the external medium permittivity.
