Extreme ultraviolet pulses as generated by high harmonic generation (HHG) are a powerful tool for both time-resolved spectroscopy and coherent diffractive imaging. However, the integration of spectroscopy and microscopy to harness the unique broadband spectra provided by HHG is hardly explored due to the challenge to decouple spectroscopic and microscopic information. Here, we present an interferometric approach to this problem that combines Fourier transform spectroscopy (FTS) with Fourier transform holography (FTH).

Here, a particularly interesting but barely understood situation occurs during a strong optical excitation, where the electron and phonon systems can be significantly perturbed and the quasiparticle distributions cannot be described with equilibrium functions. In this work, we use time- and angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy to study such far-from-equilibrium many-body interactions for the prototypical material graphene.

Methods: The literature search used databases from PubMed and PubPsych, along with expert opinions.
Results: A slight increase in daily use of alcohol and tobacco was seen, whereas the consumption of illegal drugs decreased in European countries.
A fast and simple route was developed to synthesize a new T-silsesquioxane based contrast agent for potential application in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. For this purpose the novel C-thiol-functionalized T-silsesquioxane (3) was constructed as a carrier molecule as well as the DOTA based gadolinium(iii) complex (11) equipped with allyl terminated linkers was prepared. The linkage of the complexes to the T-silsesquioxane was performed via an UV-light catalyzed thiol-ene click reaction within one hour which affords the desired product 13 in a yield of 80%.

Background: Youth with food allergy may experience psychosocial stressors including limitations in activities, differences from peers, and anxiety. Factors such as allergy-related medical history, children's attitudes toward their allergies, and parental anxiety may function as risk and resilience factors associated with psychological distress in this population.
Objective: To assess mean scores and rates of elevated scores on standardized measures of psychological distress among youth with food allergy and identify factors associated with distress.
