[Dilated cardiomyopathy secondary to acromegaly].

In acromegaly, dilated cardiomyopathy is rare. Indeed, arterial hypertension, coronary artery disease and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy are more common. The authors report a case of a 42-years-old man with dyspnea (class III NYHA) and palpitations.
