In this case report, we present a comprehensive long-term follow-up of maxillary sinus ameloblastoma occurring in a patient with Turner syndrome, managed through partial right maxillectomy followed by adjuvant operative bed radiotherapy.

Intramedullary spinal cord metastases (ISCM) is a rare, but devastating complication of malignant disease.
