Kinesiology undergraduate programs are multidisciplinary, and graduates may navigate several post-graduate education and career pathways. This study summarized the pathways currently listed online by Canadian undergraduate programs following completion of a kinesiology or 'exercise science' degree. An environmental scan was completed by reviewing Canadian undergraduate program (n= 59) webpages and their list of future pathways (n=845).

Pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) is a complex abiotic stress caused by multiple exogenous and endogenous variables that results in random but significant quality and yield loss at the terminal crop stage in more than half of the wheat-producing areas of the world. Systematic research over more than five decades suggests that addressing this challenge requires tools beyond the traditional genetic manipulation approach. Previous molecular studies indicate a possible role of epigenetics in the regulation of seed dormancy and PHS in crops, especially through RNA-directed DNA methylation (RdDM) pathways mediated by Argonaute (AGO) proteins.

Various patterns of ischemic injury to the fetal and neonatal brain have been studied depending on gestational age as well as the degree of hypoxia/ischemia. We present a case of presumed perinatal ischemic left middle cerebral artery stroke diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in a child with global developmental delay, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy.
