Background: Forty percent of new cancer cases in the United States are attributed to modifiable risks, which can be influenced by the built environment. Recent cancer prevention guidelines include recommendations for making communities conducive to healthy living. Focused on the city of Philadelphia, the present study aims to 1) evaluate neighborhood-level adherence to cancer prevention guidelines by developing two novel indices and 2) identify factors driving low compliance in neighborhoods with high cancer mortality.

The objective of our study is to examine the heterogeneity of disparities by income in cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors among U.S.

The wetted surfaces of the 8-inch tall cylindrical cell with 3.5 in.

After accounting for speciation, the variability of the Henry's law coefficient at vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) of MeCN ternary mixtures decreased from 107% to 5.

Stochastic IPMs for imperiled species, in turn, can facilitate population viability analyses (PVAs) to guide conservation decision-making. Biphasic amphibians are globally distributed, often highly imperiled, and ecologically well suited to the IPM approach.
