Since the emergence of coronavirus disease 2019, a large spectrum of clinical manifestations following this acute viral infection has been reported especially autoimmune manifestations and inflammatory disorders. However, a causal link has not yet been established. Herein, we reported a case of pulmonary mediastinal sarcoidosis following coronavirus disease 2019 infection.

Background: Lobular capillary hemangioma is a benign vascular tumor commonly found within the skin and upper respiratory mucosa and has rarely been reported within the trachea. The first case was reported by Irani et al. in 2003 and since then, less than 20 cases have been described.
