Background: Cisplatin (DDP) resistance has long posed a challenge in the clinical treatment of lung cancer (LC). Insulin-like growth factor 2 binding protein 2 (IGF2BP2) has been identified as an oncogenic factor in LC, whereas its specific role in DDP resistance in LC remains unclear.
Results: In this study, we investigated the role of IGF2BP2 on DDP resistance in DDP-resistant A549 cells (A549/DDP) in vitro and in a DDP-resistant lung tumor-bearing mouse model in vivo.
Background: Open surgical debridement was the main treatment option for infected pancreatic necrosis (IPN). However, it was associated with significant trauma, leading to a higher mortality rate. With the development of minimally invasive surgery, the step-up treatment principle centered around minimally invasive intervention, significantly reducing the incidence of complications and mortality rates among IPN patients.

Anoikis is a newly discovered type of programmed death and has garnered great attention. However, the precise involvement of Anoikis in the progression of CTEPH remains poorly understood.

Background: RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) regulators are essential for numerous biological processes and are implicated in various diseases. However, the comprehensive role of m6A regulators in the context of liver transplantation (LT) remains poorly understood. This study aimed to illustrate the relationship between m6A regulators and ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) following LT.

While physical activity (PA) has been shown to improve this phenomenon, the effects of different types of PA on EF vary. In this study, we compared the effects of moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT) (60-70% HRmax, 30 min), body weight training (BWT) (2 sets tabata, 20 min), and mind-body exercise (MBE) (2 sets Yang style shadowboxing, 20 min) on EF in 59 sedentary youth (n = 59, age = 20.
