This study aimed to examine the long-term effects of PM exposure and air temperature on CVD based on a cohort study of middle-aged and older populations in China.
Methods: A total of 9,316 non-CVD adults (≥40 years old) who joined the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study between 2011 and 2018 were included in our analysis.
Introduction: Heart failure (HF) has a very high prevalence in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). However, there is still a lack of effective and reliable HF diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for patients with MHD.
Methods: In this study, we analyzed transcriptome profiles of 30 patients with MHD by high-throughput sequencing.

Methods: We conducted SMR analyses integrating genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics with methylation quantitative trait loci (mQTL), expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL), and protein quantitative trait loci (pQTL) data. Publicly available datasets were utilized, including psoriasis GWAS data from the European Molecular Biology Laboratory-European Bioinformatics Institute and the UK Biobank.
