Background: There is limited literature available regarding the knowledge and use of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) among men who have sex with men (MSM) with sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Objective: This study's objective was to explore the HIV PrEP cascade stages (knowledge, willingness to use, and use) among MSM with STIs in China, in order to promote the implementation of PrEP in this population.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using a respondent-driven sampling method in 19 cities in China, from January to August 2022.
Polyurethanes are an important class of synthetic polymers, widely used in a variety of applications ranging from everyday items to advanced tools in societal infrastructure. Here we report a heterogeneous catalytic process that combines methanolysis and hydrogenation with a CO/H reaction medium, effectively breaking down PU waste consisting of urethane and ester bonds into valuable intermediates like aromatic diamines and lactones.

Herein, a highly sensitive polydimethylsiloxane-filled graphene woven fabric (PDMS-f-GWF) strain sensor by optimizing the PDMS cure shrinkage through careful adjustment of the base-to-curing-agent ratio is developed. This sensor achieves a gauge factor of ∼700 at 25% strain, which is over 6 times higher than sensors using commercially formulated PDMS.
