[Hypertropic obstructive cardiomyopathy. A family study].

Eight patients with HOCM from the same family are presented. The clinical findings and the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are discussed. Chest pain, palpitations and effort dyspnea were the main clinical symptoms.
