This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and outcomes of renal replacement therapy (RRT) in pediatric patients with metabolic diseases, specifically focusing on the impact of hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) on clinical parameters, toxin reduction, and long-term survival.
