Since the first successful use of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), much has changed in its technology, area of use, and management. Despite suggestions in guidelines, the institutional behavior may change based on institutional experience and established habits. This so-called "deviation" may alter management strategies in favorable or unfavorable ways.

- Researchers compared 24 PNS patients with 60 healthy children, measuring ADC values in various brain regions, including the thalamus and frontal cortex.
- Results showed that PNS patients had significantly lower ADC values in specific brain areas, suggesting that systemic complications of PNS may disrupt normal brain tissue diffusion due to reduced blood flow.

In this study, bibliometric properties of studies on physical activity barriers in men were analyzed using the Biblioshiny interface in R programming language. According to the results of the analysis, a total of 867 articles were published in 397 journals between 1992 and 2024. A great majority of the related studies were produced by American authors and institutions in the USA.

Methods: The cohort comprised 1450 patients who underwent EO-DEE. The utility of genetic testing was assessed with respect to the initial phases of next generation sequencing (NGS) (2005-2013) and the current NGS era (2014-2022).
